- Taking dictation in shorthand from senior officers/management.
- Transcribing dictated notes into accurate typed documents.
- Preparing letters, reports, notices, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails/emails.
- Maintaining files, records, and office documents systematically.
- Assisting in drafting official communications.
- Coordinating with departments for document collection and follow-up.
- Ensuring timely completion of typing and clerical tasks.
- Operating office equipment like computer, printer, scanner, etc.
- Supporting management in daily administrative work.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
