Job Summary
Anushree Associates is seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our franchise network and strengthen client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, franchise development, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's franchise model.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Manage daily communication and updates in client and franchise groups.
- Collect and maintain necessary client information and documentation.
- Promote and manage the Anushree Associates Franchise Model.
- Ensure smooth execution and effective operation of franchise activities.
- Generate genuine and qualified franchise leads through various channels.
- Convert leads into successful franchise partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly business development and franchise acquisition targets.
- Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up and client management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Development, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
