Factory Manager – EVA Compounding
Location: Narela, DSIIDC
Experience: 3–5+ years in polymer/EVA compounding or plastics manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and production.
- Supervise production, manpower, quality, and raw material usage.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor machine performance, maintenance, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and control wastage.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper factory discipline.
Requirements:
- Experience in EVA/polymer/plastic compounding preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- Good team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage factory operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
