Job Title: QC Engineer
Location: Vasai, Thane, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections of stainless steel fittings.
- Verify welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and finishing as per requirements.
- Review material test certificates and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Supervise NDT methods.
- Monitor welding procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualifications.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and dossiers.
- Coordinate with clients and third-party inspection agencies for approvals.
- Raise NCRs for non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement in quality processes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing of pipe fittings or tube fittings.
- Knowledge of ASME / ISO codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience with NDT methods and measuring instruments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production, clients, and inspection agencies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
