Job Description
We are looking for an ITI Fitter with hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of machinery when required.
Requirements
- ITI qualification in Fitter Trade (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the maintenance department of a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine-related issues.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in plant maintenance, machine maintenance, or production maintenance.
- Candidates currently located anywhere in South India or North India are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
