Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and enrolment processes.
Verify employee KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, educational certificates, and address proof.
Conduct document verification to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and track police verification for newly recruited employees.
Verify and maintain employee medical fitness certificates before deployment.
Process and maintain records for Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corpora on (ESIC) registrations.
Assist employees in Mediclaim enrolment, claim documentation, and claim follow-up with insurance providers.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/ERP systems.
Ensure all employee files are complete and updated with required statutory documents.
Coordinate with recruitment and opera ons teams to ensure mely onboarding.
Handle employee queries related to HR documenta on, PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and onboarding formali es.
Perform other HR administra ve du es as assigned by the repor ng manager. Required Skills
Good knowledge of HR documenta on and employee onboarding processes. Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, labour law compliances, and employee welfare schemes. Strong documenta on and record management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage. Good communica on and interpersonal skills.
Strong a en on to detail and ability to maintain confiden ality.
Ability to work efficiently within melines. Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate, BBA, or MBA (HR).
0–2 years of experience in HR operations or employee onboarding.
Freshers with basic HR knowledge and excellent computer skills are encouraged to apply. Willingness to learn and grow in HR opera ons and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
