*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales & Revenue*: Drive B2B sales strategies & achieve revenue targets
2. *Client Acquisition*: Identify, approach & onboard new IT/Telecom clients
3. *Relationship Management*: Build long-term relationships with CXO level decision-makers
4. *Deal Closure*: Lead negotiations, close deals & manage contracts end-to-end
5. *Market Analysis*: Analyse market trends, customer needs & competitor activity
6. *Reporting*: Provide sales forecasts, reports & insights to management
7. *Coordination*: Work with internal teams for client satisfaction & delivery
8. *Standards*: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction under pressure
*Requirements:*
- Post graduate degree or related field
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT/Telecom
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-driven with growth mindset
- Proficient in professional email communication
*Preferred Skills:*
1. Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho
2. Experience in SaaS, Cloud or Enterprise Solutions
3. Strong email communication skills
