Position: Architect – Design & Site Coordination

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design skills along with the ability to effectively coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
Review and resolve site-related issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Supervise installation and execution works at site and provide timely updates to management.
Assist in obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with local building regulations and codes.
Prepare site reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2–5 years of professional experience in architecture and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
Knowledge of building byelaws, NBC, and construction standards will be preferred.
