Key Responsibilities
- Greet shoppers and identify their needs
- Demonstrate products and explain pricing or features
- Upsell or cross-sell items and share active promotions
- Operate the cash register or POS system for payments and returns
- Restock shelves and keep the sales floor clean and organized

- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift light stock
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education
