Social Media Strategist
Location- Old Market, Margao, Goa | Work from Office
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with social media—not just posting content, but understanding why some content works and some doesn't.
If you're the person who notices trends before everyone else, understands how Instagram, Facebook and YouTube algorithms work, and can turn a brand into a social media success story, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
· Creating social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of brands and clients.
· Planning content that is not only creative but also aligned with each brand's goals and personality.
· Identifying trends, opportunities, and content ideas that can drive engagement and growth.
· Developing content calendars and campaign concepts.
· Working closely with designers, videographers, content creators, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
· Creating strategies for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other high-performing content formats.
· Monitoring performance metrics and using insights to improve content and campaigns.
· Staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
· Experience creating content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and follower growth.
· Knowledge of what makes content go viral and how to leverage trends effectively.
· Ability to think creatively while staying true to a brand's identity.
· Strong understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
· Have worked in a digital marketing agency.
Bonus Points If You
· Can confidently present ideas and strategies to clients.
· Have experience with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
· Love experimenting, testing, and learning from data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
