The Project Manager role is an entry-level role within the Finance & Operations team, responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery across enterprise systems implementations and corporate integration initiatives. This individual will play a key role in managing NetSuite ERP projects and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration workstreams under the guidance of the Accounting Director. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate eager to build foundational project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking NetSuite implementation and configuration projects across functions within Accounting.
- Support system testing cycles (UAT, regression testing) by coordinating with functional leads and end users.
- Maintain project documentation including project charters, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between IT, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on NetSuite workflows, customizations, and module rollouts.
- Monitor project milestones and flag scope changes, timeline risks, or resource constraints.
Help coordinate training schedules, user guides, and go-live readiness checklists for NetSuite deployments.
- Assist in managing integration workstreams for newly acquired entities, including system, process, and data consolidation activities.
- Track integration milestones and deliverables across functional areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations.
- Maintain M&A integration trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-up actions to stakeholders.
Support data migration activities between acquired company systems and corporate ERP/CRM platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Monday.com
- Prepare and distribute weekly project status updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience (internships and co-ops count).
- 2+ years experience with Netsuite projects or other ERP experience
Familiarity with M&A concepts or corporate integration processes is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management tools- Monday.com is preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Familiarity with NetSuite modules (GL, AR, AP, SuiteFlow) is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
- Detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively in cross-functional environments.
