Job Summary
The HR Executive – Generalist will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management support, and HR operations. The role requires maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing timely HR support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection. Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. Collect and verify employee documents. Facilitate joining formalities and HR documentation. Create employee records and maintain personnel files. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain employee master data and HRIS records. Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations. Prepare employment-related letters including appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, and experience letters. Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with company standards.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support Monitor employee attendance and punctuality. Administer leave records and leave balance reconciliation. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and leave adjustments. Verify payroll data and support payroll processing. Address employee payroll-related queries.
5. Statutory Compliance Support compliance activities related to: o Provident Fund (PF) o Employee State Insurance (ESI) o Professional Tax (PT) o Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) o Gratuity o Shops & Establishment Act o Other applicable labor laws Maintain statutory records and employee documentation. Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
6. Employee Relations Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution. Support disciplinary processes and documentation. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
7. Performance Management Support Coordinate performance appraisal cycles. Track completion of appraisals and performance review documentation. Assist managers in performance management processes. Generate reports and analysis related to employee performance.
8. Learning & Development Coordinate employee training programs. Maintain training records and attendance. Assist in identifying training needs and development initiatives. Monitor training effectiveness and feedback.
9. Employee Engagement & Welfare Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives. Support employee recognition and reward programs. Drive employee communication and engagement campaigns.
10. HR Reporting & MIS Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports. Generate reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, manpower, and employee demographics. Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws. Understanding of PF, ESI, payroll, and compliance processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software. Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
