Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data, creating dashboards and presenting data in a clear and meaningful format.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports.
- Manage, clean and organize data from different sources.
- Create MIS Reports, Excel Dashboards, Pivot Tables, Charts and Graphs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and key insights.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPT) based on data and analysis.
- Create visual reports and dashboards for management review.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
- Support the team with regular and ad-hoc data analysis requirements.
- Improve and automate reporting processes wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts & Conditional Formatting.
- Good understanding of Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT) and presentation making.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BE/B.Tech, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
