- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-tier applications.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies.
- Ability to work with databases and understand data flow within applications.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
