Role Overview
Candle Skill is inviting applications for the position of Russian Language Educator to join its expanding academic team. We are seeking passionate, professional, and learner-focused educators capable of delivering high-quality Russian language instruction from CEFR A1 to B2 levels.
The ideal candidate should possess strong command over the Russian language along with fluency in English and Hindi to ensure effective multilingual communication and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and interactive Russian language sessions (online/offline)
- Conduct live classes, recorded lecture sessions, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Design lesson plans aligned with CEFR A1–B2 standards
- Prepare students for certification examinations and practical communication
- Conduct speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice activities
- Develop study materials, assignments, assessments, and mock tests
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive academic feedback
- Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and student-centric learning environment
Requirements
- Strong proficiency and command over the Russian language
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Relevant certification or academic qualification in Russian Language preferred
- Prior teaching/training experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills
- Familiarity with CEFR framework and international examination patterns
- Professional attitude with strong academic and organisational capabilities
Good to Have
- Experience with EdTech platforms or online teaching environments
- Academic content development or curriculum design experience
- Ability to manage multiple learner batches efficiently
