Fleet Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Operations & Allotment
- Manage allocation of company vehicles across all branches.
- Optimize vehicle usage to reduce idle time and maximize efficiency.
- Return Load Management
- Coordinate return loads for vehicles at odd locations.
- Liaise with brokers and branch managers to ensure vehicles are utilized effectively on return trips.
- Driver Coordination
- Assign drivers to vehicles and ensure timely arrival at loading points.
- Maintain clear communication channels with drivers for operational updates.
- Transit Operations & Tracking
- Monitor vehicle movement during transit using GPS and tracking systems.
- Handle en-route issues, breakdowns, or delays to minimize disruptions.
- On-Time Delivery
- Ensure vehicles reach destinations within scheduled timelines.
- Track performance metrics for delivery punctuality and operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple branches and remote operations
- Negotiation skills for dealing with brokers and vendors
- Problem-solving mindset for handling transit challenges
- Effective communication with drivers and branch staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
