ABOUT THE ROLE
Devmani Traders is a Mumbai-based financial services firm with over three decades in the Indian capital markets, serving retail and HNI clients across mutual funds, equity, insurance and fixed income. We are strengthening our digital presence and seek a creative, organised marketing intern to build and run our social media, create on-brand content, and support our wider marketing setup. It is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with our operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a cross-platform social media content calendar covering what we post, where, and when.
- Design engaging, on-brand posts in Canva, aligned to the calendar for consistent, scheduled output.
- Set up and align company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X with consistent branding and bios.
- Review our website and propose design and content improvements, with a clear rationale for each.
- Produce short-form marketing videos for social and campaign use.
- Support campaign groundwork (WhatsApp broadcast, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics) and research an integrated social management tool such as Hootsuite.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with social media content and strategy (internship or project experience welcome).
- Strong content ideation and editing skills, with a good eye for brand consistency.
- Comfort designing in Canva and a willingness to learn short-form video tools.
- Clear written communication in English and the ability to coordinate across accounts and teams.
- A self-starter who plans ahead, meets deadlines, and takes feedback well.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, mass media, communications or a related field.
