Business Data Analyst jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, working the seam between business questions and the data that answers them. Business analysis here means identifying needs and determining solutions — across process improvement, organizational change and strategic planning — with the practice’s engagement data as the raw material. You will manage master data, own the reporting environment, and support the data-warehouse decisions that keep analysis honest. When a strategist asks what the numbers say, yours are the numbers. It is a seat with unusual leverage: the reporting environments you design become the surface every engagement’s decisions run across, and their integrity is the practice’s integrity. Engagement data arrives messy by nature; the role exists because someone must make it decision-grade. That someone is you, and the practice notices. It is steady, exacting work with a visible product: numbers leadership actually uses. The complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, seniority path and selection process — follows.

01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Business Data Analyst at CryptoMize?
01
Manage master data for engagements — creation, updates, deletion — under the governance the reporting environment requires
02
Design and manage the reporting environment itself: data sources, security and metadata
03
Deliver the analysis behind business decisions: consumer behavior, engagement performance, market movement
04
Own data quality assurance on imported datasets, working with QA analysts where the stakes demand
05
Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements as engagements evolve
06
Drive data-integrity and normalization initiatives across engagement datasets
07
Assess tests and implementations of new or upgraded systems, informing strategic decisions on the stack
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Data Analyst you will carry the research discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems — solutions that include process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning and, where warranted, systems development.
The operational core is data stewardship: managing master data including creation, updates and deletion; managing users and user roles; providing quality assurance of imported data; and commissioning or decommissioning datasets as engagements demand. Confidential data and information are processed according to guidelines, without exception.
You will help develop reports and analysis, manage and design the reporting environment — data sources, security and metadata — and support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements, alongside initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Assessment of new or upgraded systems feeds the strategic decisions the practice makes about its stack.
