Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, creating and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and taking part in sales management processes to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience or capability in Training and Sales Management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, especially within the IT industry, is a plus
