Purpose of the Job
The New Product Development (NPD) Executive is responsible for developing new electric motor products, improving existing products, and supporting product localization activities. The role involves designing, prototyping, testing, validating, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development that meets customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
Product Development
- Develop new electric motor models based on customer specifications and market requirements.
- Improve existing motor designs for enhanced performance, efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
- Prepare product specifications, technical drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support prototype manufacturing and pilot production.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
