We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EPBX systems, CCTV installation and maintenance, computer hardware, networking, and structured cabling.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain EPBX/Intercom systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
- Perform network troubleshooting and ensure smooth connectivity.
- Execute and maintain structured network cabling for office infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Manage system backups, software installations, antivirus, and security updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EPBX systems.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Good understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi).
- Experience in network cabling and cable management.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
