Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can develop engaging scripts for video content, podcasts, educational campaigns, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, excellent writing skills, and the ability to simplify complex educational concepts into engaging and relatable content for children and parents.
This is a full-time onsite role for a Content Writer at BrightCHAMPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and well-structured scripts for educational videos, podcasts, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
- Research topics and transform ideas into creative, informative, and audience-friendly scripts.
- Develop storytelling formats that improve viewer engagement and retention.
- Create scripts suitable for different content formats, including short-form videos, long-form videos, interviews, and podcasts.
- Collaborate with video producers, content teams, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Adapt tone and writing style based on the target audience (students, parents, educators, and global audiences).
- Ensure scripts align with BrightCHAMPS’ brand voice and educational objectives.
- Review and edit scripts based on feedback from internal teams.
- Stay updated with current content trends, storytelling techniques, and digital media formats.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in script writing, content writing, video content creation, or related roles.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging content that keeps audiences interested.
- Experience writing scripts for YouTube videos, podcasts, reels, or educational content is preferred.
- Ability to research, organize ideas, and convert concepts into compelling narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, media, digital content, or similar industries.
- Understanding of video content trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of basic video production workflows is an added advantage.

Compensation: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
