Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls and WhatsApp using company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable farmhouses.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain property details, pricing, and available services.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Update lead status in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Real Estate, Hospitality, Travel, or Event Sales.
