Occupational Therapist – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver therapy for sensory, motor, functional, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Guide and train parents on home programs and therapy strategies.
- Conduct developmental and sensory screenings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in parent education, workshops, and community outreach.
- Ensure a safe and child-friendly therapy environment.
- Stay updated with evidence-based pediatric OT practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Registration with AIOTA or relevant licensing body.
- 2–5 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
- Experience managing children with developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and learning difficulties.
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and observation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
