Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Greet customers and understand vehicle-related concerns and service requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and accurately record customer complaints.
- Explain service recommendations, repair requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress and approvals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Service Coordination
- Prepare job cards and allocate work to technicians as per service requirements.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor vehicle status and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
- Arrange road tests when necessary to verify customer concerns and repair quality.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote value-added services, annual maintenance contracts, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve service revenue and customer retention targets.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, customer histories, and job card documentation.
- Process invoices, warranty claims, and service-related paperwork.
- Update CRM and dealer management systems with relevant customer and vehicle information.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards and dealership processes.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to gather feedback and resolve concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate issue resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
