We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and networking
- Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
