We specialize in premium and luxury residential projects across Gurgaon and are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer who can generate high-quality real estate leads through Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and optimize lead generation campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Primary Focus)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality buyer and investor leads for luxury real estate projects in Gurgaon.
- Create high-converting:
- Search campaigns
- Display campaigns
- YouTube campaigns
- Remarketing campaigns
- Monitor and improve:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Lead quality
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion rate
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- Manage:
- Google Analytics
- Conversion tracking
- Pixels & tags
- Landing page integrations
- WhatsApp lead flow
- Analyze campaign performance and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Research competitors and suggest new growth strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Keyword research
- Conversion optimization
- Lead generation campaigns
- Good understanding of:
- Meta Ads
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting campaigns
- Basic knowledge of:
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of luxury real estate marketing is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality.
Experience Required
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing
- Real estate marketing experience preferred
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads.
