We are currently looking for experienced professionals for the role of OneStream Consultant to join our growing consulting team.
Position Details
Role: OneStream Consultant
Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Gurugram (Golf Course Road)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)
Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM
Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Systems & EPM Consulting
Support implementation and enhancement of OneStream applications
Work on:
o Financial Planning & Budgeting
o Financial Consolidation
o Financial Reporting
Assist in configuring workflows, dimensions, metadata, and application structures
Data Integration & Reporting
Handle data integration from ERP systems, Excel, and other financial platforms
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
Develop financial reports, dashboards, and planning models
Business & Functional Support
Gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders
Convert functional requirements into system solutions
Prepare documentation including BRD, functional specifications, and testing documents
Testing & Post-Go-Live Support
Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities
Support deployment and stabilization activities
Resolve system and user-related issues
Stakeholder & Client Management
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and project meetings
Ensure quality and timely project delivery
Required Skills
3–8 years of relevant experience in EPM/CPM/Finance Transformation projects
Hands-on exposure to:
o OneStream Software (Preferred)
OR similar tools such as:
▪ Oracle
▪ SAP
Strong understanding of:
o Financial Planning
o Budgeting & Forecasting
o Consolidation & Financial Reporting
Experience in finance system implementation and consulting engagements
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to business rules, workflows, and metadata management
Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting
Consulting or client-facing experience preferred
BFSI/Insurance domain exposure would be an added advantage
