Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to provide L2/L3 support, configuration, enhancement, and incident-resolution support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle Fusion HCM functional consulting experience in one or more areas including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Analyse incidents, service requests, change requests, and configuration issues.
- Handle critical P1 issues and carry out root-cause analysis.
- Configure and enhance HCM processes based on business requirements.
- Work with technical teams on OIC, APIs, integrations, and PaaS-related requirements.
- Support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, test cases, SIT, and UAT.
- Maintain FDDs, SOPs, test evidence, and support documentation.
- Participate in KT and transition activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
- At least 3 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- Strong experience in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, or Absence Management.
- Oracle HCM configuration and functional troubleshooting.
- AMS / L2-L3 support experience.
- P1 incident handling and RCA.
- HCM Data Loader and HCM Extracts.
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- SIT/UAT and functional documentation.
- UAE shift and P1 on-call availability.
Pay: ₹50,916.33 - ₹142,936.25 per month
