Position Summary
The CSR Coordinator will support the planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of CSR projects. The role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with corporate partners, implementation teams, government departments, schools, hospitals, vendors, and community stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate planning and implementation of CSR projects across thematic areas.
- Prepare project implementation plans, timelines, and activity schedules.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with schools, hospitals, NGOs, government departments, and community leaders.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines and budgets.
CSR Partner Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CSR partners.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate CSR teams.
- Coordinate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder visits.
- Support relationship management with existing and prospective CSR partners.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project reports, monthly progress reports, utilization reports, impact reports, and case studies.
- Maintain project documentation including attendance sheets, beneficiary records, photographs, videos, and field reports.
- Assist in developing CSR presentations, concept notes, and proposals.
- Ensure accurate project data collection and MIS maintenance.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track project indicators and deliverables.
- Collect beneficiary feedback and impact data.
- Maintain project dashboards and monitoring tools.
- Support impact assessment activities.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate logistics, workshops, awareness sessions, and community events.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and project-related requirements.
- Maintain inventory and project asset records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Communication & Outreach
- Coordinate photography, videography, and social media content from field activities.
- Support preparation of newsletters, success stories, and communication materials.
- Represent the organization during meetings, CSR events, and community engagements whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Sociology, Rural Development, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MSW/MBA/MPH) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in CSR, NGO, development sector, project coordination, or community development.
- Fresh candidates with relevant internships and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of CSR regulations and NGO operations will be preferred.
