About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Coreline. This is a multifaceted position that combines front desk operations, sales expertise, administrative coordination, and event management. You will be the face of our studio—building relationships, converting prospects into members, and creating memorable experiences that drive member retention and growth.
What This Role Combines
· Front Desk Responsibility: Greeting, scheduling, and member support
· Sales Component: Converting trials and leads into memberships & driving upsells
· Admin Responsibility: Attendance records, scheduling, and coordination
· Event Coordination: Studio events and member engagement activities
Core ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client Engagement
· Greet and welcome members, visitors, and prospects with professionalism and warmth
· Act as the primary bridge between clients and management, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
· Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, directing them appropriately
· Manage trial sessions, classes, and appointments with precision and organization
Sales & Lead Conversion
· Convert trial sessions and walk-in leads into active memberships
· Upsell additional services, packages, and events to existing members
· Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, renewals, and client interactions
· Apply AI-driven insights (predictive analytics, automated follow-ups, chatbots) to improve conversion rates and member retention
· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
· Provide management with alternate-day reports on conversion performance and related metrics
· Develop innovative ideas to increase sales and member acquisition
Administration & Coordination
· Maintain accurate attendance records and member databases using CRM systems
· Oversee floor management, facility maintenance, and retail checks
· Generate automated reports (sales, attendance, engagement) using AI-enabled dashboards
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
· Collect and share client feedback with management for continuous improvement
Event & Marketing Support
· Execute studio events, workshops, and member engagement activities
· Collect member feedback and analyze using CRM/AI tools
· Present insights to management to improve future events and member experience
· Represent Coreline's brand values in all client interactions
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong ability to persuade and convert leads into sales
· Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
· Proficiency with CRM tools and software
· Comfort with AI-enabled tools and analytics dashboards
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal skills
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Nice to Have
· Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based business
· Knowledge of AI-driven marketing and automation
· Event management experience
· Multi-lingual abilities (English + Hindi + Telugu)
