Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Grades 8, 9, and 10 in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct JEE Foundation classes focusing on conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and periodic examinations.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial coaching to improve student outcomes.
- Develop students' analytical thinking and mathematical reasoning.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes before examinations.
- Prepare students for school examinations, Olympiads, NTSE, and JEE Foundation-level competitive exams.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, student progress reports, and academic documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress when required.
- Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings, and school events.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics).
- B.Ed. is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for Grades 8–10.
- Experience in JEE Foundation or competitive examination coaching is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Experience in preparing students for competitive examinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Student-centric approach with excellent mentoring abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
