Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, identifying business opportunities, and supporting sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and client support
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools
- Any degree is preferred
