Location : Medak, Telangana
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assigning of A.R. No. for sample received from R&D & external samples.
2. Responsible for daily calibration of Analytical balance, KF titrator and pH.
3. Responsible for wet analysis test like Description, Solubility, MC, LOD, ROI, test…. etc.
4. Responsible for complete analysis of Raw material, Intermediate and Finished Products related to wet lab.
5. Responsible for calibrations of Analytical balance, KF, Potentiometry, Hot air oven, MR, UV, IR, Muffle Furnace… etc.
6. Responsible for the preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
7. Responsible for record the temperature and Humidity.
8. Responsible for development of in process reaction monitoring by TLC and assay by chemical analysis.
9. Responsible for development of cleaning methods by UV, TLC and followed by validations.
10. Responsible for the analysis of physico chemical properties and report preparation of Intermediates and Finished Products.
11. Responsible for the regular analysis of Raw material, Intermediates, In-process and Finished Products by HPLC and GC instruments.
12. Responsible for procurement, receiving and maintenance of Chromatographic columns
13. Responsible for Labelling of chemicals and reagents.
14. Responsible for the maintain the cGLP & cGDP.
15. Responsible to follow the safety precautions during the analysis.
Education :
B.sc / M.sc - Chemistry subject should be compulsory
B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
