About Us
The Recipe Tailor makes clean-label snacks: no maida, no refined sugar, no palm oil, no preservatives. We sell on Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket and our own store. Now we're growing our B2B business, and you'll lead it.
The Role
You'll own two revenue lines:
- Corporate Gifting - Sell gift hampers (₹500–₹1,200) to companies for Diwali, New Year, Holi and employee gifting. Mostly phone and email; peaks around festivals.
- Cafe Partnerships - Get our snacks into cafes, bakeries and hotels. Field visits, tastings, and building monthly repeat accounts. Year-round.
What You'll Do
- Call and email companies daily during gifting season (list and CRM provided)
- Send sample boxes and convert them into orders
- Visit cafes and hotels; pitch, negotiate terms, and run tastings
- Service your accounts every month for reorders
- Log everything in CRM; report weekly to founders
What You'll Need
- 2–5 years in B2B or field sales (FMCG, coffee, bakery or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable with both phone selling and walk-in field selling
- Fluent Hindi + English
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel
- Bonus: existing cafe, hotel or corporate contacts
Salary & Commission: Fixed salary + uncapped commission
