Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Coating Operator to join our pharmaceutical production team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in tablet coating operations and handling coating machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet coating machines efficiently.
- Perform machine setup and adjustments as per production requirements.
- Carry out tablet coating processes according to approved SOPs.
- Monitor coating parameters such as temperature, spray rate, and pan speed.
- Ensure uniform coating and maintain product quality standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and production records.
- Report machine breakdowns or production issues to the supervisor.
- Perform machine and production area cleaning as per procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Experienced candidates required
- Relevant experience as a Coating Operator in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of tablet coating processes and machinery.
- Understanding of GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
