We are a high-growth, lean green enterprise disrupting the biomedical waste containment market. We supply 100% certified, Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) approved plant-based compostable hospital bags to healthcare facilities.We are expanding aggressively across North India and are looking for hungry, self-driven Field Sales Executives who want to build a massive, recurring monthly income.Key Responsibilities
- B2B Field Pitching: Travel locally to visit private hospitals, nursing homes, dental clinics, and diagnostic laboratories daily.
- Lead Generation: Meet with Hospital Purchase Managers, Operations Heads, and Doctors to introduce our certified product range.
- Sampling Drives: Hand over free testing sample rolls of our bio-bags and follow up to secure bulk client conversions.
- Order Closing: Secure bulk Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate direct advance payments from clients to the manufacturer's GST account.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and submit a simple daily log of field visits and sample statuses.
Requirements & Skills
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and hold a valid Driving License.
- Must have a smartphone with active internet for daily reporting.
- Strong verbal communication and local language proficiency to confidently pitch to hospital purchase boards.
- Prior experience in Pharma sales, Medical Representative (MR) roles, surgical equipment, or B2B field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Absolute hunger for growth and comfort with pure on-ground field execution.
Performance Target & Compensation StructureWe believe in rewarding performers. Your salary is directly linked to an achievable volume target:
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹18,000 per month (to comfortably cover your monthly basic expenses).
- The 1-Ton Performance Target: To maintain the fixed salary active, you must hit a mandatory sales target of 1 Ton (1,000 Kg) by your second month. (Note: A mid-sized hospital group or lab chain consumes ~200 Kg monthly. You only need to secure 5 active accounts to cross this target!)
- Uncapped Recurring Incentives: Earn a flat ₹5-10 on EVERY SINGLE KILOGRAM sold through your leads.
- The Royalty Advantage: Since hospitals must buy waste bags every single month to stay legally compliant, your commission repeats automatically every month as long as the client stays active!
