Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and statutory inputs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
