About the Role-
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns while maximizing lead generation and minimizing acquisition costs. The candidate should be capable of independently handling ad budgets, audience targeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting.
This position is strictly Work From Office. Candidates looking for Freelance, Remote, Hybrid, or Work From Home opportunities should not apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Search Campaigns
- Display Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Local Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Set campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Complete knowledge of Meta Business Manager.
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Setup and optimize:
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Traffic Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns
- Engagement Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Audience Research & Targeting.
- Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience Creation.
- Pixel Setup and Event Tracking.
- Budget allocation and campaign scaling.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve the lowest Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Create strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage lead funnels and campaign performance.
Online Reputation & Review Management
- Develop strategies to increase genuine customer reviews.
- Improve Google Business Profile visibility and ratings.
- Monitor online reviews and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain brand reputation across digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads Dashboard
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- CPL
- CPC
- CTR
- Conversion Rate

- What is the highest advertising budget you have managed?
- What was the lowest CPL you achieved?
- Explain your strategy for reducing ad spend while maintaining lead quality.
- How do you setup conversion tracking?
- How do you create and optimize a Lookalike Audience?
- How do you improve low-performing campaigns?
- What ROAS have you achieved in previous campaigns?
- Share examples of successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns you have managed.
