Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Car Paint Matcher who can accurately match vehicle paint shades and ensure high-quality finishing for repair and repaint work.
Key Responsibilities
Match car paint colors using shade cards, spectrophotometer, or manual mixing
Prepare paint mixtures as per required color tone and finish
Inspect vehicle surface before and after painting
Ensure smooth, scratch-free, and uniform paint finish
Work closely with denting/painting team
Maintain tools, paint materials, and cleanliness
Requirements / Skills
Experience in car paint matching or auto body shop work
Knowledge of color mixing and paint types (metallic, matte, etc.)
Attention to detail (shade accuracy is critical)
Basic understanding of car body repair process
