Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in client meetings, vendor discussions, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Organize documents, databases, and business records systematically.
- Represent the Director during meetings and interactions whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Ability to prepare impactful presentations and analytical reports.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, events, and business engagements.

- Experience in event management, hospitality, client servicing, or executive support roles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
