Role Overview
We are hiring Academic Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and converting leads into enrollments. The role involves understanding student needs, suggesting the right courses, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and programs
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong student relationships
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and benefits
- Update and manage data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding
Key Requirements
- Freshers or 0–3 years experience (EdTech/Sales preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Passion for sales and student interaction
- Basic knowledge of sales process and lead handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in EdTech / Education sales / Counselling
- Fluency in English + Malayalam
- Immediate joiners are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
