We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Digital Customer Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist customers with product and service information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
