Designation: Admission Counsellor
Department: Admissions and Sales
Reports to: Team Leader / Head – Admissions and Sales
Role Summary:
Responsible for counselling prospective students/parents, converting leads into
applications and admissions, maintaining CRM discipline, and ensuring smooth
communication throughout the admission cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person
- Explain programs, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships and career scope
- Convert enquiries into forms and admissions as per target
- Maintain follow-up discipline and timely communication with leads
- Record all conversations, status and next actions in CRM without fail
- Coordinate with marketing and lead team for lead quality feedback
- Assist in documentation, offer letters, and payment follow-ups
- Participate in admission events, webinars, open house & campus visits
- Handle objections/escalations politely and professionally
- Comply with institutional policies — no false commitments / no mis-selling

- Target Achievement - % of monthly/quarterly form and admission target achieved.
- Conversion Ratio - Lead→Form, Form→Admission conversion %
- Follow-up Discipline - Follow-up TAT, no. of productive connects/day
- CRM and Process Compliance - % CRM hygiene, daily call logs and remark accuracy.
- Behaviour and Conduct- Behaviour with parents/team, no complaints/escalations
- Attendance and Timeliness - Punctuality, adherence to roster and review meetings
- Quality of Counselling - QA audit score, call feedback and NPS from students.
- Reporting and Coordination - Daily/weekly MIS submission, internal coordination

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
