Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven BDM to manage existing clients and acquire new clients while offering tailored scenting solutions. The role requires frequent travel across NCR and India, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing clients to ensure satisfaction, renew contracts, and maximize opportunities.
2. Identify and acquire new clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for high-profile projects.
5. Conduct market research, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
6. Collaborate with operations for smooth project delivery and represent the company at events.

Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in infrastructure, premium retail, corporate offices, or facility management.
- Ability to manage existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Must be willing to travel frequently across NCR and India.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and independent.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
