Data Base Developer jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — every intelligence product the agency ships stands on databases this role designs and hardens. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, building the data layer behind platforms and client engagements across all five Penta-P domains. A database is an organized collection of data — and in this house, organized means engineered: stable schemas, honest indexes, migrations that never eat a corpus. Below is the complete job description — responsibilities, requirements, the seniority path, and the selection process.

01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Data Base Developer at CryptoMize?
01
Design stable, reliable and effective databases for new platforms and engagement tooling — schemas that model the domain honestly and survive three years of scope drift
02
Optimize and maintain the legacy systems the agency still runs — measured, migrated, and documented, never big-banged
03
Modify databases to request: scope the change with the requesting cell, write and test the migration, ship it with a rollback path
04
Solve usage issues and malfunctions at the data layer — the lock, the plan regression, the silently corrupted index — before they become engagement incidents
05
Liaise with application developers to improve data access patterns and establish best practices that hold across teams
06
Own performance: query planning review, index strategy and capacity forecasting for multi-gigabyte intelligence corpora
07
Write the technical and training material so every database you build can be operated by someone who is not you
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Base Developer at CryptoMize you will design stable and effective databases, optimize and maintain legacy systems, and modify databases to request — with tests and rollback paths, because an intelligence corpus is evidence and cannot be casually rebuilt. The role gathers user requirements from every cell, identifies the features the data layer actually needs, and delivers them at production standard.
Reliability is a standing duty: most organizations discover data-layer debt when a report silently goes wrong, but here developers intercept it upstream — in design review, migration rehearsal and plan inspection. You will maintain the schema record so any dataset can be traced to the structure and version that produced it, on demand.
Developers also carry institutional responsibility for data-management support across the agency: training users, answering the hard questions, and researching new database products, services and protocols worth adopting. The developers who raise everyone’s data literacy are the ones promoted first.

03Seniority ladder
Data Base Developer — seniority path at CryptoMize
Developers advance by the reliability of the data layers they build, not tenure. The ladder below is how the database discipline is actually organized.
Data Base Developer
Owns schemas and migrations for scoped systems — the hands that keep the agency’s data layer honest.
1/4
Senior Data Base Developer
Designs the data architecture for new platforms, leads optimization campaigns, and reviews every migration that touches production corpora.
2/4
Data Platform Lead
Runs the data layer across the stack — standards, capacity, security posture, and final accountability when anything at the storage tier breaks.
3/4
Platform Architect track
The crossover route: developers who graduate into whole-platform architecture, shaping what gets built before a single table exists.
