Job Title: Upwork Specialist (Senior Level, Full-Time)
Location: Hybrid (Work from office once a week, rest remote)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for finding projects on Upwork, writing compelling proposals, and converting clients into long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate with clients professionally to convert proposals into projects.
- Track proposals, responses, and project progress in our system.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and client management.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of converting proposals into projects.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Comfortable working mostly remote, with one day in the office each week.
