Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily pharmacy retail operations. The CSA ensures a pleasant shopping experience while adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate products.
- Assist in billing, cash handling, digital payments, and invoice generation.
- Ensure accurate scanning and billing of products.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager of low stock.
- Check product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items from display.
- Support inventory counting, stock receiving, and stock arrangement.
- Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure smooth customer service and prescription handling.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and ongoing promotional offers.
- Follow SOPs related to hygiene, safety, and retail operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Deliver medicines and healthcare products to customers when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Prior experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Working Hours
- Rotational shifts:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Minimum age: 35 years.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for customer deliveries and store-related tasks.
Willingness to commit to an 18-month employment bond is mandatory.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
