- Assist the sales team in processing customer orders and inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status and customer requirements.
- Support sales executives in achieving sales targets through efficient back-office operations.
- Receive customer purchase orders and enter them into the ERP/system.
- Verify product availability and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely order confirmation, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Track pending orders and update customers and the sales team regularly.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Resolve routine customer queries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through timely communication.
- Follow up on payment status with the accounts department and update the sales team.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
