Next.js Web Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Next.js Web Developer who can turn product requirements and designs into clean, responsive, and reliable web applications.
You’ll work on live products, internal dashboards, and customer-facing features across our platforms. You will be expected to take ownership of assigned features—from understanding requirements and planning the implementation to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product team members to build scalable applications and deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop and maintain production-grade web applications using Next.js and React.
- Build responsive pages and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using TypeScript.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs built using Node.js and Express.
- Implement authentication, protected routes, and role-based access control.
- Convert UI/UX designs and product requirements into functional features.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning.
- Support testing, deployment, production releases, and post-release fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in frontend or web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience using TypeScript in production projects.
- Strong understanding of React concepts, including components, props, state, hooks, and component lifecycle.
- Experience building responsive interfaces and reusable component systems.
- Good understanding of server-side rendering, static site generation, and Next.js routing.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling frontend–backend communication.
- Practical knowledge of authentication, protected routes, and role-based access.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience using Git and standard version-control workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-optimization skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on-site from our Kochi office.
Good to Have
- Experience with Node.js and Express.
- Familiarity with state-management tools.
- Understanding of frontend testing practices.
- Experience with deployment platforms and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO practices for Next.js applications.
- Experience working in a product-based or fast-paced development environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
